Multiple ongoing projects at 780 Third Avenue including 10th, 15th, 28th, 30th, and 47th floor general construction services / fit-outs and multi-floor demolition work. Building is a 49-story office building located between 48th and 49th Streets on Third Avenue that holds the entire western frontage.

Repositioned the floors to meet current tenant demands including demolition, core restrooms, addition of glass wall, telecom, electric and HVAC, and millwork finishes. The pre-built additional office suites required glass office fronts and a new stone reception.

Previous work included a 70,000 sf lobby and concourse level repositioning. In addition, OC provided full building leasing coordination and master planning advisory services for all tenant related interior fit-outs on 450,000 sq.ft. of commercial tenant space.
