NEW YORK, NEW YORK – March 2, 2022 – OC Construction Management has announced the promotion of Kenny Chan to Assistant Vice President of Construction. With more than a decade in the industry where he completed more than 30 projects with values up to $200 million, Kenny has experience ranging from corporate interiors, high-rise residential and major renovation commercial work to 35-story ground-up hotel and airport replacement projects. In his role, he will lead OC staff to execute projects swiftly and successfully.

Kenny, who first joined the firm in March 2019, is dedicated to learning both on the job and in the classroom. He documents and shares lessons learned at the conclusion of each job and has an impressive list of credentials to share, a testament to his relentless desire to improve his understanding of construction best practices. Not only is he PMP certified, but he is also a CMAA Certified Construction Manager and an NABCEP Board Certified PV Installation Professional.

Prior to joining OC Construction Management, Kenny worked for Group PMX, Triton Construction and Broadtrade Group. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Construction Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
