NEW YORK, NEW YORK – February 18, 2021 – OC Construction Management (OC) is proud to welcome Joseph Bucci, who has joined the company as a Vice President of Business Development. In his role, Joe will accelerate growth by pursuing strategic opportunities.

Joe joins OC from CBRE, where he served as a Senior Project Manager responsible for the relocation, renovation, and improvement projects for Santander Bank. Well-versed in the commercial real estate services sector, he also worked as a Senior Project Manager at JLL within their Corporate Solutions Division, managing a portfolio of relocation, renovation, signage, and improvement projects throughout the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast Regions for the JP Morgan Chase account.

Joe is no stranger to meeting and exceeding client needs. His decade of experience in real estate and commitment to quality service delivery also included work for TD Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
