A former loft style manufacturing building in the up and coming midtown west neighbourhood that is currently occupied by primarily art and fashion galleries with some office. Repositioning scope includes introduction of more Class A office tenants through façade, entrance and lobby upgrades. Project also includes rooftop and on street restaurants and event spaces.
