Partial buildout of the 31st floor and full buildout of the 35th floor for new Magid offices. General construction services / fit-out of the 33rd floor consisting of conference rooms and office with demountable partitions, Modernfold partition (movable partition) and floating wood and drop ceiling. The space also included a pantry, copy room and IT closet equipped with an Uninterruptible Power Supply. Lobby was also renovated to bring it up to current building standards.
