Current work includes the demolition and infill of floors 12-14. Recently completed demolition and full floor pre-build of 15th floor office space with exposed open ceilings, glass office fronts, and large pantry with convening space. Scope also included the removal of several convenience stairs, as well as infilling of slabs.
