The Hoxton Williamsburg is renovating their outdoor terrace spaces, including the roof, 2nd floor, and cellar areas.

On the roof, modifications will be made to the rooftop kitchen and outdoor dining space. Scope includes adding a removable enclosure and upscaling MEP equipment to accommodate new kitchen equipment, upgrading finishes on bathrooms and elevator lobby area, and installing new FF&E throughout dining space.

On the 2nd floor, OC will be installing a removable awning and a movable glass partition and upgrading bathroom finishes and the entry way.

Work on the cellar level includes relocation of the bar and all associated MEP equipment / piping feeding the bar area, installation of outdoor awning enclosure, and upgrades to finishes and FF&E throughout the area.
