NEW YORK, NEW YORK – February 21, 2022 – OC Construction Management (OC),  one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies, is proud to announce that John McGrath, who first joined the firm in May 2018, has been promoted to Principal and Senior Vice President of Construction. In his role, John will be instrumental in guiding OC’s future as he continues to partner with existing clients to ensure successful project completions.

LEED AP BD+C Accredited, John has completed more than $500 million in construction work across New York. His experience encompasses all aspects of construction, including new buildings, residential, commercial, interiors, retail, hospitality, white box, foundations, structural steel, facades, curtainwall, vertical transportation, and MEPs.

Prior to joining OC Construction Management, John worked for Hunter Roberts and Ideal Interiors.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Columbia University.
