Mr. Jaime Toledo is responsible for assisting team members with project management and the supervision of all trades. This includes assisting with subcontractor coordination and the management of project control documents, including submittals, RFIs, and drawings.

Prior to OC, Jaime worked at Albano Tile Setters as a Project Estimator. He prepared cost estimates for tile and stone scopes of work, provided submittals and material lead times, and ensured clear communication with vendors and contractors throughout project timelines. Jaime brings with him over 9 years of experience and has demonstrated his ability to provide effective coordination in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
