Full restoration of the primary facades on Park Avenue and East 24th Street. Restoration inclusive of limestone repair, re-pointing, decorative terracotta cornice repair and replacement, column base re-cladding, and exterior light installation. Facade work also included the replacement of all windows on primary facades in an occupied building. At grade, completed storefront upgrade program for retail tenants and whitebox/landlord work per future tenant agreement.
