Historical NYC synagogue Reconstruction & Lower school renovation and expansion. In aftermath of fire, reconstruct and restore the 20,000 sf synagogue to its pre-fire condition and add 20,000 sf of new floor area above synagogue as expansion to adjacent school, renovate school to create one integrated educational program. Scope includes excavation and foundations, core and shell, new utility services and infrastructure, mechanical plant and interior fit-outs. (Completed with prior firm)
